I had a great experience here with friendly staff, and everything was clean and well-kept throughout my stay.

The hotel has clean rooms and friendly staff that made the check-in process enjoyable. However, it was disappointing to deal with musty odors, a slow elevator, and a breakfast that lacked variety. Overall, it was a decent experience but left room for improvement.

Housekeeping apparently isn't available around the clock. when our sink started backing up, it was a hassle since it needed immediate attention, making it less ideal for families who might need quick repairs. Additionally, the hot tub that I had my hopes set on was out of order, which is a letdown for anyone looking forward to a soak after a long drive.

Just a few minutes from Cedar Point, we had an enjoyable stay with our kids and pet dog. The breakfast was delicious, offering a good variety each morning, and our room had a fridge and microwave, which was super convenient.

My kids wished for a safer hot tub area. it was a bit concerning.
